Because this program is delivered in full upon enrollment this program is non-refundable.

Students who enroll in our certification program within one year (two enrollment start dates) of purchasing Art & Science of Coaching are eligible to apply their Art & Science payment towards the cost of certification.

Registration for in-person events are non-refundable but are transferable. If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to someone please contact the admin team at hello@equitycenteredcoaching.com.

If an event is cancelled because we are unable to carry out programming your admission will be fully refunded.

The expectation for all our participants, especially during in-person events is that you lead with the principles of equity, inclusion, and openness. Community agreements will be set at the start of each program and under extreme circumstances violation of those agreements can be grounds for dismissal from the program.

All participants of in-person events will get a standard liability waiver holding us harmless against accidents and injury.

This is a coaching experience, and is not a replacement for legal advice or accounting advice related to your businesses growth strategy.

If you decide to cancel your enrollment up to 30 days before your program start date, you will be refunded any paid tuition minus a $1997 deposit - which also covers the cost of The Art & Science of Coaching, which you can continue to have access to. 
Once we are within the 30 day window you are considered fully enrolled.
If circumstances arise that prevent you from participating in the program you can request a deferral of your start date, temporary payment hold, or temporary leave of absence. The Director of Programming will meet with you to discuss the best course of action. 

We don’t believe it’s equitable to charge a customer if the customer fails to affirmatively reject or cancel an offer.

Anytime a purchase is made, the customer should affirmatively consent to that purchase.

This is why we do not auto-renew membership to any programs, including The Exchange.

The Exchange is a professional association with a membership enrollment fee of $197 for the entire year, when you enroll to The Exchange, your membership will be set to expire in one year.

We will reach out to you 30-60 days before your expiration date and offer you the opportunity to affirmatively consent to renew your membership, and if you do not respond you will not be charged for another year.

Courses and Intensives are billed according to the payment schedule on your checkout page. Because of the nature and access to digital content in our courses and intensives there are no refunds or cancellations on these offers. In the event you are unable to participate, you will be offered a program credit for the full amount paid.

We are dedicated to providing a safe, productive, healthy learning environment for our students. Therefore, ScriptFlip LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove a student from our programs or courses if we determine that the student is not a fit, disruptive, disrespectful, negatively impacting the learning environment beyond repair, or behaves in a way that is out of alignment with values of ScriptFlip LLC and The Institute for Equity-Centered CoachingⓇ. If a student is removed from the program for these reasons they may still be responsible for enrollment fees.

Students have the right to use the skills and tools learned in our program in their coaching and leadership roles. Certified students will have the right to use the certification mark on websites and marketing materials as outlined in the certification guide (to be received upon certification). Students do not have the right to re-teach or sell any part of our curriculum or tools as a part of their business or coaching practice. Certification does not provide the right to teach or certify others in our methodology, or content. Equity-Centered CoachingⓇ is a registered trademark we will enforce the integrity of our method and brand.
